Soraia Ramos, a Portuguese singer-songwriter of Cape Verdean descent, is one of the biggest names in Lusophone music today. Descended from a Cape Verdean family, Soraia Ramos was born in Portugal. She then lived in France and Switzerland, and only returned to Portugal when she signed with her current label Klasszik.
