Espaço Comum - Theater and Neighborhood 

Espaço Comum is a shared experience with different audiences, a device for collective reflection on the multiple places, visible and invisible, that a theater occupies in the city, as a space for artistic, civic and political participation. 

The third edition will focus on the theme of Theatre and Neighborhood and aims to summon those who cross paths with Theatro Circo on a daily basis - whether because they work on the same street, live in the same block, or pass the theater every day on their way to school. Based on this physical proximity, we propose a joint reflection exercise on what relationships a space like the theater creates with those who cross paths with it on a daily basis, and how to enhance these connections, expanding the notion of neighborhood from the physical to the relational.
