The influence of the pair of directors is immeasurable on cinema in Portugal and the rest of the world, starting with the repercussions of viewing their films and continuing through their work as teachers of various directors in our country. Cordeiro and Reis gave references and a past to those who didn't have one, rescuing popular culture and giving it a voice and a platform.
