The International Photography Award Emergentes dst is an initiative of dst group, organized by ENCONTROS DA IMAGEM, with a prize money of 7,500€. ENCONTROS DA IMAGEM and dst group present a unique opportunity for artists from all over the world, aiming to highlight talented photgraphic projects and, at the same time, gather international specialists from the photographic field.

The Gala will include a musical show from the band The Irrepressibles, and an improvised concert by Ermo that will reveal the winner and the finalists of the International Photography AwardEMERGENTES dst 2016.

In a pop extravaganza, charmingly theatrical, the band founded by Jamie McDremontt has earned the status of 'Pop Art' due to the way it combines music, dance, nudity and lighting in a deeply original show.

ERMO

ERMO, a reference of the new musical Braga, will accompany the Projection of the Emergentes dst Award finalists and the announcement of winner. Mixing the old and contemporary to create a new sound and supplanting labels, the young duo earned reputation for scathing and troubled show.
